Returns
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. I will gladly arrange for a return and issue a full refund or replacement (if one is available.)
Errors
If we have shipped you the wrong item or if there is an error in your order, please contact us immediately. I will correct the error and cover return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Please allow 10 business days for your refund to process once we receive the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following items are generally not returnable:
Custom Orders: Items made to your specific specifications.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are considered final sale.
Used Items: Items that have been used or washed.
